This course is exclusively available to practitioners currently employed by a healthcare facility (clinic, hospital, occupational medicine center, etc.) and for training employees/ staff within your own organization only.
Current healthcare facility customers (re-certification collector trainer students) will be required to complete an application for their 5-year renewal. Requests for exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

URINE SPECIMEN COLLECTOR TRAIN-THE-TRAINER COURSE DETAILS

Our Trainer Program includes:

The full 4-hour DOT Urine Specimen Collector Procedures Training Course (self-paced, online).
The additional Collector Trainer Module (1-2 hours) and Resources.
Your own proficiency training by webcam to become both a fully-qualified urine specimen collector and hands-on instructor/monitor for training others within your own facility.
All required forms, instructions, certificates, & resources to allow you to successfully conduct your own hands-on/proficiency demonstration classes with your staff trainees.
PLUS, once approved and payment is received, and you have completed your own training, you are eligible to purchase additional collector procedures courses at our "trainer discounted rate".
Note that it is required for trainers to purchase an additional collector procedures course for each trainee.

Please Read Carefully:

Only students who have completed the procedures course may attend mock proficiency training.
No refunds for failure to complete training or no-shows.
Less than 3 business days’ notice for rescheduling = re-payment of full fee.
Trainers must sign an agreement confirming they will only train staff within their own facility.
