Breath Alcohol Testers, including the EV30 and Phoenix 6.0 breathalyzers.

BAT Training Details:
As required by DOT regulations, there are two (2) components to the DOT-required training for breath alcohol technicians.  Both components of the training must be completed before the BAT is "legal" to do DOT alcohol tests. Federal rules require that both components of the training must be completed within 30 days of each other, with component 1 preceding the hands-on (component 2) training. Component 2
(your device proficiency training) will be conducted by webcam with a qualified Lifeloc corporate Trainer on the specific make & model of the Approved Evidential Breath Tester (EBT) that the BAT will use in the real world. (Note: BAT training/certification is instrument-specific.
Only a qualified trainer on the specific device is allowed to be the person to do the teaching and be the monitor/trainer for the instrument
proficiency demonstration and training.  [The Federal rules REQUIRE that this 2nd component of the training be completed in a way that allows real-time interaction between the instructor and student; therefore, it cannot be accomplished by self-study.]Purchase the full BAT training and certification program for Lifeloc devices for just $450.00!

on your device at no extra cost!Upon successfully completing both
training components, you will receive:

After making your purchase, you will be emailed instructions for setting up your webcam proficiency
training. After completing your online procedures training, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you schedule and complete your webcam device proficiency training within 30 days. No refunds are provided for Lifeloc device training after you have accessed the online training course, as specified in our Refund Policy.


Refund Policy for online BAT Training: 
A full refund will be provided if requested in writing within five (5) business days of the purchase date, provided that the Learner has not logged in, accessed, or completed any portion of the online training course.  A 75% refund will be provided, if requested in writing within five (5) business days of the purchase date, if the Learner has logged in or accessed the course, but has not completed or viewed more than 10% of the course content. A 50% refund will be provided, if requested in writing within five (5) business days of the purchase date, if the Learner has logged in or accessed the course, but has not completed or viewed more than 30% of the course content. No refunds will be provided if a refund request is received more than five (5) business days after the course purchase or if the Learner has completed or viewed
