2020 DOT RANDOM TESTING RATES PUBLISHED
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has announced drug and alcohol random testing rates for calendar year 2020. The new rates are available on our website at: https://certifiedtrainingsolutions.com/current-dot-random-drug-and-alcohol-testing-rates.html
The only major change for 2020 is an increase in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) random drug testing rate, which has increased from 25% to 50%.
Covered/regulated employers are required to test regulated employees at these minimum rates for drugs and alcohol under the Federal Rules.
